Bittrex Just Announced from Its situation from what happening at HF 0.23
It seems that they do not understand which money belong to or they support #justinsun
They said "funds were sent to our holding account without the proper identifying memo"
And They Need Some They need some proof in order to get the money back to the original account owner.

I think the 65 accounts holeder should contact bittrex with some proof to identify the real situation.
and that there is no one have the 23 million and sent it by the mistake.
