My impression of the Secret Garden from the story 1001 Nights
Hello Ai Art lovers!
Today, I would like to present to you my latest Ai art creation.
The work that I will be presenting today is unique compared to my usual Ai artwork. Usually, the theme that I present is dark, morbid, destruction, monsters, and war; today's presentation will the opposite.
My presentation will be an impression of the Secret Garden as narrated by Scheherazade of the 8th Night of the 1001 Nights (Aladdin and the Magic Lamp). You might know this famous story from popular TV shows and movie adaptions but this specific narration is different from what you might think it is. This specific narration is compelling and full of interesting details. You may check more of the story on 
As I mentioned earlier, the Secret Garden was described in full detail on the
8th Night part of the story. There were a lot of details in the story but this specific part is so compelling that it got stuck in my mind ever since I read it. In the story, Aladdin with the advice of the Maghrebi ventured into an underground vault in search of the Magic Lamp. Along the way, he passed through a series of chambers/vaults/rooms before he can reach the pedestal where the Magic Lamp is situated. One of the passages is the Secret Garden and in the story, it was described in this manner:
Then, freed from his worries, he paused for a moment on the bottom step of the stairs to look at the garden. And he began to consider these trees whose fruits he had not had time to notice when he arrived. And he saw, indeed, that the trees of this garden were bending under the weight of their fruits, which were extraordinary in shape, size, and color...

Basically, it's the kind of garden that you have never seen. A fantasy place where the trees bear fruits of crystal, diamonds, pearls, and other precious gems.
As I was reading the paragraph, my mind was wandering elsewhere and imagining how does a garden like this will look like. I guess my imagination isn't creative enough to fully visualize Scheherazade narration of this part of the story. Don't get me wrong, the narration was clear and very detailed but my imagination isn't powerful enough to create the picture in my mind.
So, I realized that I could enlist the help of an Ai to help me visualize what the Secret Garden from the story will look like... Here's what I got.
"The Secret Garden"
For this Ai art creation, I've condensed the paragraph from Scheherazade's narration into much simpler keywords that I think Ai can visualize. The keywords that I used are:
- Hidden Garden With Pockets Of Sunlight Passing Through
- Thousands Of Trees With Different Colored Crystal Fruits
- Branches Bending Because Of Heavy Crystals
- Colorful Gems On the Floor
- Dazzling Fireflies
- One Man At The Center Of the Garden
I added the last line "One Man At The Center Of The Garden" to make sure that there's a human element in the scene. This is to make sure that I represent Aladdin as he journeys through the passage along the Secret Garden. And it also serves as a sense of scale to have a comparison between Aladdin and the trees that surrounds the passage.
