What is the best way to get your mind off the events in your life that hurts you the most?

Avoiding the thought will make it worse. Putting it in a box and hiding it somewhere inside you won't make it go away. These kinds of things in your life have to find their way out of your system and you as the holding it should be able to channel them out and feel better afterward. The pain won't go away immediately but will definitely ease the pain as time go by.

In my experience, a good way for me to channel the bad events in my life is to create an artwork that represents the event in a "figurative" manner. Channeling my feelings into something morbid like these artworks takes the pain away from me. It will be a slow process but I'm optimistic that it will soon be over.

And I can promise you that once it's over, the artwork that I will show you will be different from what I'm showing you today. Here are the latest creations, I hope that you will find something interesting about them.
