Domain seized, old domain too

I did not know AlertPay too seized. Only had noticed about LibertyReserve and a few days back I saw a post about Payza domain.

AlertPay was former name/address of Payza. I was wondering why they have changed it and finally, it has revealed. So, how to trust such platform for our money. These can be seized anytime by the Gov. without prior notice and we will see a single page with badges, few words and a link.
