Crypto YouTube?

We have multiple choices of currencies, we have multiple exchanges and lending programs, we have ample choice in wallets, we are soon to get a crypto bank with Polybius, we have ample investment opportunity and mining equipment, we have crypto assets on Burst and BitShares, we have message boards and we have our beloved Steemit, a social media platform.

We need a YouTube equivalent. If we had a decentralised YouTube which ran on a similar system to the steemit rewards system, without adverts and without the censorship of YouTube that would be fantastic. I like the steemit model, where creators are rewarded based on real reactions by real people and not some advertising company. I wonder if this is being worked on already. Maybe the steemit creators should consider it.
