After a few years of almost no real snow cover in London, this past weekend the city turned into a short-lived winter wonderland with all that entails (i.e. the usual lack of infrastructure, traffic chaos, school closures etc.). Tomorrow it will all be gone again...
These pictures were taken in Highgate Wood, one of the last remaining parcels of ancient native woodland in north London.
