Between March 4th and 9th BTC hit the 200MA on the daily chart. It is bouncing again off the 200MA on the daily chart after a brief run up. I think after this bounce it will keep going if it can get over 11.3k. We will see. Below is a Daily chart on tradingview.com with a 200, 20, and 9MA.
