Yesterday we decided to have a different afternoon.
Although Aveiro is close to Porto or my parents-in-law's house, I never spent much time in Aveiro nor did I ever make the trip on the Ria.
Because of this, I decided to create more pleasant family memories and go on a trip in a moliceiro, a traditional boat that was formerly used to transport moliço, through the channels of the Ria de Aveiro.
During the trip we pass by the bridges of love, friendship and joy where immense ribbons with that meaning hang, we observe the Forum of Aveiro from a perspective that we had never seen.
We also pass near the salt pans where we can see the mounds of salt extracted from it. Finally, we pass by the former Ceramics Factory, which is currently used for municipal administrative services.
It was a different afternoon with lots of joy and fun.
