I feel that my lungs are saturated with fluids yet again, I do not know but maybe because I am laying down on my bed all the time or maybe I do have a lung issue with my Tuberculosis but definitely not pneumonia because I am not having a dry cough or fever because I had a pneumonia before but didn't have a fluid in the lungs issue.
So now I just do not want my lungs to gather fluids anymore by drinking more fluids although with eating I do need to drink a bit.
Yesterday I just ate only once because by 5:00 PM I do not want to eat anymore, I just lacked the appetite for it plus eating will just cause me to drink more fluids so I just decided not to eat.
Right now I am experiencing a low blood sugar episode as my hands are beginning to tremble but my loving mother decided to put some bread on my bedside telling me to eat some if I get hungry in the middle of the night.
True enough I am hungry right now because of this trembling issue that maybe I can endure until morning. But I decided to eat only once today for the said reason which I regret to do already because of course my body needs more calories and nutrition so I just have to eat more meals.
But the factor of exacerbating my "wet lungs" is a thing that I am concerned of even though I can still breathe easy but that gargling sound whenever I would breathe in just bothers me.
I can't just solve it by adding more fluids to be removed when I am on my dialysis. When I am adequately dialyzed the gurgling sound in my lungs goes away but after a day or two there it goes again.
This is just different than in my early days as a dialysis patient because even though I would load-up with five or seven kilos of water my lungs would not get this gurgling sounds. It is only when my body's weight had dropped that I had this issue that seems to be not resolving.
So I am now with an effort to control my fluid intake and this kind of restriction is indeed a compromise for the frequency of my meals because if I would eat frequently I will also get filled more with water in my body but if I would eat less it will not be good for me as well.
Frequency of dialysis will solve this issue so that I can be more liberal with both eating and drinking. But it will cost me with a great deal of money, my health insurance will get depleted fast plus everytime I would visit the dialysis center I will have to pay extra.
I am not that well-to-do person that can afford such luxury and I could not risk myself not being able to pay soon so I am choosing the twice a week session just to save my dialysis allocation given by my health insurance. It is really hard with all these options because wherever I turn my head it just costs me and it is very unfortunate situation in my case.
