STEEM - Consolidating under the resistance line - Next test soon

The STEEM is still in consolidation phase just under the resistance line but we should test this line again very soon. The perfect scenario would be a test and a sudden break out on the BTC. If these 2 conditions are present at the good moment, we will go quickly test the resistance line at 0.39$.
