SEC playing the bully on the crypto "school yard"

US regulators have every right to be harsh on crytpocurrency it is ultimately the beginning of a new era. One that sees an end to only the rich being able to capitalize on markets. 

SEC has a big handout  for all things crypto and wants to figure out how to get its cut of the action in some many ways.
