feedback for mobile application Ecency

Un saludo para toda esta gran familia en Hive, en mis pocos días dentro de este ecosistema de aplicaciones descentralizadas, me he concentrado en el uso de @Ecency, con la aplicación para sistema Android en el móvil y la web.

Me he sentido cómodo en la utilización de ambas plataformas, el día 29 de agosto tuve la oportunidad de enviar un feedback en lo que yo creía que era un error en la traducción de la aplicación para móviles al español, fue una sorpresa para mí que días después se haya corregido, quiero pensar que fue por mi sugerencia y aunque no fuera así me siento satisfecho.

Pues eso me motiva a seguir haciendo sugerencias, en lo que en mi opinión pudiera dar una mejor experiencia al usuario, como dije antes, me siento cómodo con la aplicación y no tengo nada que reprochar, si el equipo de desarrollo considera válidas mis sugerencias yo feliz y sino, pues también.

Dicho esto y aclarado el asunto, las sugerencias son las siguientes:

• Teniendo en cuenta que desde Ecency, mi contenido y el de los demás usuarios se ven en todo el mundo, lo que a su vez significa muchos idiomas, me gustaría que en la aplicación para móviles se agregara la opción de TRADUCCIÓN en el propio diálogo al presionar el menú, en el post seleccionado.

• De igual manera, en el feed cuando exploramos las comunidades, para poder leer de que tratan, sugiero la opción de traducción, 🤔 pensando un poco, ya he sugerido la opción de traducción en más de un lugar; quizás en la configuración global pudiera agregarse, la selección del usuario de todos los contenidos traducidos a su idioma.

Otro de los problemas que enfrenta el usuario al llegar a Hive y su blockchain es la falta de créditos de recursos, eso lo aprendes luego, después de haber hecho tu primera publicación y cuando quieres hacer la segunda, te sorprende el cartelito en inglés, de no tienes suficiente crédito de recursos.

En mi caso, a preguntar en los chats de Discord, a leer y luego te enteras de que existen herramientas para ver esas opciones; por error le das clic a tu usuario en una publicación y ves el saldo de tus créditos disponibles, ¡Eureka!, mira donde estaba.

Por eso, recomiendo que se incluya junto a tu perfil, ese valioso dato, no tengo 50 HP aún, pero me dicen que a partir de ahí ya no es un problema el límite de recursos, pero mientras, debería saber cuanto tengo para poder seguir interactuando sin quedar sin créditos.

Well that motivates me to continue making suggestions, in what in my opinion could give a better user experience, as I said before, I feel comfortable with the application and I have nothing to reproach, if the development team considers valid my suggestions I'm happy and if not, well, also.

Having said that and clarified the matter, the suggestions are as follows:

• Considering that from Ecency, my content and that of other users are seen all over the world, which in turn means many languages, I would like in the mobile app to add the option of TRANSLATION in the dialog itself when pressing the menu, in the selected post.

• Similarly, in the feed when we explore the communities, to be able to read what they are about, I suggest the translation option, 🤔 thinking a little, I have already suggested the translation option in more than one place; perhaps in the global configuration could be added, the user selection of all content translated into their language.

Another problem that the user faces when arriving to Hive and its blockchain is the lack of resource credits, you learn that later, after you have made your first publication and when you want to make the second, you are surprised by the little sign in English, that you do not have enough resource credits.

In my case, to ask in the Discord chats, to read and then you find out that there are tools to see those options; by mistake you click on your user in a publication and you see the balance of your available credits, Eureka, look where it was.

I do not have 50 HP yet, but I am told that from that point on the resource limit is no longer a problem, but in the meantime, I should know how much I have to be able to continue interacting without running out of credits. What do you think of my suggestions? I'll read you in the comments.
