Double moon?? Why is there an ring around the moon....

Took this picture the other night of the moon cause it was so weird having what looks like an outer layer of the moon. So apparently it is cause by a refraction of light through ice particles in the atmosphere. Was so amazing to see as I have never noticed this before and found this amazing.
