So I just tried out Esteem on my Android Galaxy S7 and it wouldn't let me post or do much in the app without getting an error. A broadcast error would pop up every time I would try and post my story. This was a little disappointing, because I was really excited about having Steemit on the go for quick posts.
Sometimes we have to make content on the fly when we are in the flow and in that moment of energy. At least I like the idea of it.
The Error From Esteem
So after I realized Esteem was a no go and I would have to probably wait for an update (unless one of you reading this knows how to fix this problem?) I figured I could just use Steemit on my Google browser within Android. To my surprise I was having issues there as well. Every time I pressed the space bar it would overtype what I had wrote and save a draft.
I'm not sure if this problem has to do with my phones settings or with the Steemits website, but it cut my excitement level down a bit. I had already visualized myself using Steemit to share some interesting things I observe while out and about.
I'm still excited to use this platform. There is something very unique about the whole setup here. I see it as a good way to connect, share & interact with others from all over the world. Plus you get paid for it all! There are so much things to be excited about.
I believe all of these issues I am having will be resolved soon, so I am not worried about it. The phone app probably needs an update and the Google problem is probably easy to fix. I have done some searching but couldn't find a solution. I will be patient and use the desktop for now.
