She graduated with distinction from university and tried to find any suitable job, and she was always refused, so she decided to start her own business producing cookies, which was her hobby since childhood.
Her mother liked the idea and helped her to turn it into a professional business (her mother is a successful businesswoman)
Now, 4 years after her production came to market, Colette has sold cookies for about 1.5 million dollars, and most of the employees in her company have Down syndrome.
And it also has a charitable organization to help families with someone suffering from the syndrome.
