Interesting Intestines

The food offered is called Kokoreççi which is a sandwich filled with a specially made grilled meat. It is intestines from cows, wrapped around a metal skewers and cooked over a grill.

Taste

The sandwich was really simple to be honest. The bread was toasted and filled with cut up pieces from the rotisserie. The flavour was similar to mutton kebabs: salt, paprika, chili, and various herbs. Overall the flavour was nice as it didn't smell or taste strong for an offal dish.

Price

Including a drink of Ayran each, the total was 64 Liras for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. It's actually expensive because it's a special dish only in Ankara. So try once of you're passing through!
