In Bosnia the word for bakery is Pekara. You'll see these everywhere and they offer fresh bakings at affordable prices too. We were cycling through a small town and stopped here to get some snack.
We got a spinach and cheese filled "Burek" which was only 1 Mark (€0.50). It was fresh and still hot. The filling was an okay amount.
Then we got some donuts to fuel us. It was a delicious custard cream filling with chocolate coating. It was a great treat for 0.50 Mark (€0.25).
They don't exist on Google Map so I searched their name and found a Bosnian page with some an address
