Made a nice steak dinner tonight for me and my wife. No kids tonight so we decided to have a little date night. Steak came out nice. It was a ribeye steak with macaroni baked potatoes, corn, and salad. Not only did we save on this meal by not going out, but also had much more time together between cooking together and being in the the comfort of our own home. I am really working on my cooking skills beings eating out just gets too expensive anymore.
