The world of crypto-currencies is streaming ahead with full steam.
Blockstack, the New York based venture funded startup is releasing a blockchain based Internet browser that will be funded by it's own initial coin offering (ICO) using it's own technology that sits on top of several other blockchains. So in other words they'll be launching a new cryptocurrency.
Now to tell you more about the browser, it's going to be part dashboard and part app store and it's designed to give users a seamless browsing experience by granting access to the websites via a single identity login.
The cryptocurrency they'll be launching through their ICO will apparently be used to file the registration fees to use the browser. These token will only grant access to the digital property associated with it and that the tokens will be destroyed when they're converted into a digital property such as a domain name.
Would you be using it in place of Chrome or Firefox? I definitley will.
