As my day unfold from the office, I raced to the shops to buy some bread to make launch for the next day.
As I was halfway through the shelves I stopped a moment and took a look around me. I noticed everyone was walking in a fast pace, eager to go to there next point that they must be and then it downed on me....life is such a busy thing always a rush sometimes we need to stop and take a breath.
