Gumbo loves to eat, and he will eat just about anything. His favorite food, however, may surprise you. He is a veggie lover! And his vegetable of choice is Brussel sprouts! Today I steamed some to serve over his food this week, and he was so excited that he started offering every trick in the book to get one as a reward:
