In March of this year I found myself at a cross-roads, the girl I was involved with at the time went ghost on me, I was released from my job and I had just discovered Cryptocurrency. During the year prior to my termination I had been putting as much time as possible into learning how to play the stock market whenever I wasn't at work and when I got fired, I took it upon myself to stake my life and savings all on my ability to become a profitable Trader. I out my last lil bit of funds in to Crypto and Stocks. Unfortunately, I have managed to become profitable but not before I found myself evicted. So now I have less the $450 invested in stocks and Crypto, some I lost as a result of being robbed in the park for my phone but I'm still grinding it out, boot-strap style.
Eventually, I decided it would be a good idea to promote my steemit page in the streets, so I grabbed some cardboad and a marker and got to it. One thing lead to another and now I Pan-handle faithfully as a way of promoting my name and raising funds to survive on. I now pass out Pamphlets titled Freemarketology, with an excerpt from my essay "The Pleasant Mutiny", along with a few other side notes for my supporters to check out about Cryptocurrency.
I do my best to remain genuine in my soliciting of unregulated assistance. Some people have suggested that I should pretend to be a Homeless Vet, however that goes against my morality and ethics.
People always suggest that I stop what I'm doing and get a job and Trade crypto and stocks on the side but what most don't understand or don't care to realize is that you don't get rich working a 9-5, wealth is accumulated when you let your money work for you. I no longer wish to be apart of the Working Poor, I have been there, seen my entire family do it and now it's time for someone else to Take Real Chances and turn down the advances. I refuse to waste the only life I have reporting to a job that I hate just so that I am able to pay bills. Life is not meant to be spent working just so you have a roof over your head, you should do what you love and love what you do. So if I suffer a lil in order to gain my Financial Independence from the corporate plantation than so be it. Freedom comes with Responsibility and I am not going to shy away from it.
