Government already in panic mode trying to calm the situation with rioting in Soweto and Durban this evening. Foreigner owned shops and vehicles being looted and set ablaze. Yes there is an opportunist criminal element also at play here, but the general consensus is based on anger.
This week the Constitutional Court ruling that happened in July was made public on how South Africa processes asylum seekers. Things are only starting to kick off as the masses are now understanding those rulings. Many are not educated so this will take time to get the message across and when that happens we have a problem on our hands. The problem is not the people, but more so the government, the 7 judges who made the ruling and the asylum seekers.
Yesterday we had the March March protests which showcased on social media thousands of foreigners from North Africa and the Middle East waiting in line to lodge their asylum papers. This is seen very differently than their brothers coming from neighboring countries who are trying to steal their jobs and livelihood. We know it got to a point that thousands of Malawians, Nigerians and Zimbabweans fled because they felt unsafe. Many still hid and stayed behind and are being systematically being removed when they renew their work visas.
The majority of asylum seekers are Muslims and with SA being a Christian country this is considered unacceptable as the masses feel threatened and they will join forces due to the common threat. Whoever thought that they could get away with this because they have elsewhere then they have thought badly because my money is on the locals to stop this very quickly. If you are an asylum seeker in SA there is no hope and I think they realised that yesterday.
Yesterday the thousands of asylum seekers who were queuing were dispersed by police for their own safety and the Department of Home Affaires was closed immediately. The police cannot control the masses and are more likely to be on the side of the people because they have no choice. The same with the army because they do not have a problem with the masses who are fighting their fight because they are the same people.
The Department of home affairs changed the work visa requirements and stating your country has no work is no longer an acceptable reason. Unemployment in SA is the highest in the world due to an inept and corrupt government not putting their people first. The peoples basic needs of having jobs, heath care and education are their responsibility and not allowing unskilled foreigners to steal their livelihood which is wrong on all counts.
South Africa is a violent country with a history of suppressed struggles and this Constitutional Court ruling will not be accepted. This is not the woke Europe we see and any action against an asylum seeker being seen as racist and in the local eyes they are fair game. The SA Government knows this and they have sparked a powder keg where thousands of asylum seekers need to get out of dodge before they are returned home in body bags and that is the genuine truth.
Neighboring countries like Botswana are taking note of what happens because it affects them all. If you know how SA ticks then this is the last thing you do as the people will fix this themselves and the police and army cannot stop what is coming.
This is what the people of SA are now aware of and what the government did not want them to see or understand the implications. The SA people are coming to grips with this latest reality and this is unacceptable.
Now place yourselves in their shoes because I fully understand this and why I am telling you the asylum seekers are going home in two ways and this will be their choice and that is dead or alive.
The South Africans fought apartheid for many years and then faced open borders due to corrupt inept politicians which never ended well. Now we have many muslim asylum seekers which are in a class of their own and not their brothers from neighboring countries and they literally detest them.
Many of the local informal Spaza shops in their townships were Somalian until the recent uprisings earlier this year. Being Somalian in SA is not safe as you are considered unwanted and are not welcome.
South Africa has the highest unemployment in the world between 50 and 60% with 10% paying 90% of the taxes so those tax payers will not be happy. The taxes are maxed out and there is no more money to be found so who pays for all this?
Yesterday the footage shown on social media showed what is going to happen as the queue of asylum seekers was cleared by the police for their own safety. The one Home Affairs Asylum processing office has already been destroyed by fire and angry mobs have targeted foreign "Pakistani" businesses looting and setting them on fire.
The police and army will not defend the asylum seekers because the police have to live with their people when they go home at night and they will be at risk. This is nothing like Europe and the government pandering to the UN by accepting asylum seekers is not going to happen.
The timing could not be any better as we have local elections next month and the government is very lucky they are not national elections because there is nowhere to hide. The damage has been done and the people of SA will fix this and I am very confident they will do it by using whatever means is necessary.
This was the spark they needed and this will be an inferno by next week which will only increase as those seeking asylum are not welcome. Many SA citizens know what is happening in Europe and will be getting organised in a military sense so that this does not happen here.
