I had my normal glance at Steem Friends today and noticed I am ranked at 2749 on my Steem Power which tells me quite a bit really. I am about 6-8 weeks away from 5000 SP and becoming a Dolphin if I can keep the growth rate up.If you don't use Steem Friends I really recommend it as it gives you loads of information.Here is the link. https://steemfriends.org
What it also tells me is that even though Steem is over three years old an account that is just over a year old shouldn't really be this high up already, especially with no funds invested and only time.I knew if I put the time in it would be possible to catch other users who have been here nearly a year longer than me. When we think of 40 000 accounts there aren't that many big ones as I know the bulk of accounts ahead of me are mainly Dolphins.
Steem is down in the low 30 c range again and is currently worth only 33c. This actually helps the platform as many users purchase Steem and power up their accounts.I am hoping for more Minnows and Dolphins appearing over the coming weeks who will take advantage of this dip.I wonder how many dips will we have left before we start going up.This surely can't go on for that much longer.
It is interesting to think that a time will come when purchasing Steem will not really be an option as it has to rise at some point.
