Korea has always played a role in the old block chain price pumps and now finally on Hive. I am not sure if it is the new regulations that are being imposed there regarding trading and maybe they see a better opportunity earning on Hive or it was seeing what they could do. One to keep an eye on as this was the third spike at roughly the same time each month so will be looking for more action in 4 weeks time possibly.
