The first i did when connecting the new hardware wallet up for skip the seed pass phrases by mistake because of a blinking screen malfunction i cause by incorrectly plugging it the cable. i accidentally pressed the wrong button and skipped noting down the recover words! panic !!! no worries
I had to wipe the device and start again. its cool thou completely touch screen. The only thing that concerns me is the cable if lost is not micro sd size (samsung phone charger size) like with the ledger nano it would be hard to get a replacement only from the manufacture.
