I absolutely disagree with current methods. Imagine that police would be allowed to punish you and only then explain what was that for, or sometimes walk away without even explanation (warning should be first, punishement later). This is wrong on so many levels.
Sadly that those who are hyper about downvoting others do not see it that way. I hope you got your explanation.
