A documentary from 2017 made just as two things were happening: China started heavy regulation of Bitcoin, and the take-off in price that would lead to all-time highs of BTC was just about to begin.
The film is made by BitKan, with the cooperation of several leaders in the field in China: Bitmain, Huobi, Bixin and ViaBTC, and largely features interviews with people associated with these projects.
The film covers many different topics in its 45 minute timespan: including a history of the coin, who is the founder, regulation, mining, blockchain technology, scaling and altcoins.
The film is very well-produced with high production values, a quick moving narrative and interesting interviews which keep the viewer engaged.
Most of the interviews are conducted in Mandarin, and there are English and Chinese subtitles.
