Hello Steemit world,
I heard about Steemit recently, read the white paper and have to admit I am intrigued and what better way to learn than to jump in. While late to the bitcoin game, I have to admit I am deeply fascinated by it. Having a strong economics background, the crypto currency is the current unchartered territory and where big things are about to happen.
A little about myself…
I am a follower of God. A Christian. Jesus is in control of my life, I am just along for the ride.
I am an economist, capitalist, adventurer, entrepreneur, business person, traveler, developer, writer, photographer, investor, analyst and more. I come with a wide variety of experiences and or perspectives I can share. I could tell about milking cows at 4:30 am on a small mid-western farm, share about skydiving, or explain the intricacies of trading equities on the US stock market. I have traveled through India and China, and had my heart captured by people who shared all they had, even though it was almost nothing.
I love information and education and look to democratize, spread and share information around the world. Having seen third world poverty first hand, my heart is touched by what can be done to alleviate the hurting, create opportunities, and uplift each other. With a strong background in economics and a couple of business degrees behind me I understand the potential but also realize the difficulties. We are all on the same planet, and I believe there are many solutions to problems waiting to be discovered.
I am really excited to see how people work together on this platform, and how monetary incentives effect behavior.
