No image today! A usual teaching day, with more cover lessons as the flu is still playing havoc with us over here. A breeding ground for germs at the moment, with the ice landscape last weekend and we hit 20 degrees yesterday! Back down to 8 degrees with a chilly wind today and the temperatures are due to keep dropping. Parents Evening tonight, where I had a dual role to play..... half parent/half teacher. Always an interesting evening, especially with a child in their examination years. It's no longer about keenness and neatness, it's the finer points now, which can lead to disappointment from the child that has forever been keen and neat! It's always worthwhile understanding that your constructive feedback can often lead to disheartened students. Getting the balance right can be hard sometimes.
