While it is impossible to find people willing to sell Bitcoin in return for payment by credit card or PayPal, most of the Bitcoin exchange services do not allow the addition of funds using these payment methods. This is due to cases in which a person can buy a bitcoin through Paypal and then reverse his or her own part of the transaction. This is known as the "chargeback" or refund request.
