I'm going to my favorite place there is a lyric by Natalia Lafourcade, which goes something like this: “Let my soul escape at night to go for you. Today I let my mind stop. And react my heart to run to you.”
And just like that beautiful lyric you make me feel good, and maybe my favorite place is not a physical space but an emotional sensation that I express when I'm by your side.
Of course, being by your side on a beach is much more exciting and pleasurable, and even more so if we both watch the sunset.
