As Bruno Latour would say: “Modernity is finished”, ladies and gentlemen, it is no longer time to doubt, nor time to think, everything is finished.
This feeling of exaggeration is a sort of hyper-modernist reasoning, based on the fact that the idea of modernity is inextricably linked to that of progress.
It is thought that one of the fundamental reasons for this connection is that the ending is cast as a personal narrative and unravels how I came to glimpses and hints about time.
