For anyone new and who may not know, here's a note on "Your account is not banned..." Technically on Hive, you can't get banned. What can happen if you post "bad" stuff or are just a jerk is that downvotes by the community can drive your reputation down. What if someone says, "I don't care about reputation!"? Okay, but what happens is that (a) you'll get no rewards :( and (b) the front ends like PeakD or Ecency or others simply hide you. Your post is still visible on block explorers, but no one really scans explorers for things they likely don't want to read anyway. So, you can't be "banned," but you likely do want to protect your reputation. I think that, really, it's just like in real life. If someone is very annoying, they can still shout over everyone in the room but you just ignore them. If you really want to be heard, you protect your reputation and earn respect.
