Saludos amigos de #Hive y #SWC, en este post les comparto una tarde de pierna poniendo a prueba mi capacidad en cuanto la cantidad de repeticiones que puedo hacer en sentadillas y luego en retención de sentadilla.

Hoy tube la compañía de mi amiga gabriela quien también quería probar su capacidad física con los ejercicios de piernas y ambos comenzamos juntos la rutina. Primero comenzamos con un trote de más o menos 1 km para calentar, luego comenzamos a ver quién hacía más sentadillas, yo logre hacer 120 sentadillas mientras que mi compañera hizo 100, la verdad ella tiene mucha resistencias con los ejercicios de pierna. Luego hicimos retención en sentadilla y aquí ella me ganó por 22 segundo de ventaja, ella duro 2:17 mientras que yo duré 1:55, me quedé impresionado ella tiene más resistencia que yo.
Today I had the company of my friend gabriela who also wanted to test her physical capacity with leg exercises and we both started the routine together. First we started with a jog of about 1 km to warm up, then we started to see who could do more squats, I managed to do 120 squats while my partner did 100, the truth is that she has a lot of resistance with leg exercises. Then we did a squat hold and here she beat me by 22 seconds, she lasted 2:17 while I lasted 1:55, I was impressed, she has more resistance than me.
