En este post les comparto un vídeo sobre una tarde de estáticos el cual es un área en dónde actualmente estoy concentrado en mejorar pero que el proceso a sido bastante lento, aún así se siente la mejoría porque tengo más resistencia al realizar un combo de estáticos.
