Hi, today I was a little bored and want a challenge so I remember a boss fight that have a wonderful post and gameplay, boss and arena design.
And that boss is Nightmare King Grimm from hollow knight! Another crimson guy hehe
I fought him already and win in radiant mode a mode where if I get any hit I lose but I tried today the second mode that is ascend because I'm a little rust in this game, I haven't played since 4 or 4 months so let's start this fight!
This boss in attuned mode is the normal mode, the boss is not buffed so he normally when he hit me cost 2 life points. In the ascend mode cost 4 life points and radiant cost all life points.
The first time when I fight him in history more take me like 3 or 5 days I don't remember well but was very hard. Later when I found the god seeker I fight him in the 2 modes to unlock radiant and the radiant take me like a week to learn all the moves and timing for don't take any hit
The fight against this wonderful boss is perfect because he is too fast and aggressive, he doesn't give you a chance to heal excepting when he turned in a bat. in the fight when he is getting weak the music turns more chaotic and frenetic giving you an immersive feeling of how is turning the fight
I recommend this indie game because the music is awesome, the bosses are too original and fantastic the design of the maps is too beautiful and the history is too great. I enjoyed this game a lot, the NPC from the village are too friendly in this weird world
Well, this boss take me this time more than 1 hour to beat him but I enjoyed again this fight, this is another good point for this game. If you like a fight against any boss or not you can have it again thanks to the godmaster DLC.
