An early start walking a lovely riverside trail, then later I went for a run which was supposed to be 20km but ended at 7.5km when I stepped on a dirt lump and rolled my ankle. Had to walk 2.5km to a train

Today I went walking along a creek trail and later went running about 10km with my wife. I forgot to post my big runs in time from the last 2 days, so posting early today 😬 14417 Aerobics

Today’s activity to get over the 10 thousand steps was an early morning walk in a park, a run in the late afternoon around the local roads, before doing some housework. 11051 Aerobics

Today, I went walking early in the morning, then I did a short run after lunch. The garden needs attention, so I am going to do some work around the yard. 12270 Aerobics

Today’s activity involved a couple of relatively short nature walks, one with my children and finishing up at a playground. Pretty tuckered out I mostly sat on a seat then! 6914 Aerobics

Today’s activity again consisted of long walks to and from work in lieu of longer train trips. For a few days I won’t be working so I’ll have to make more deliberate efforts to get my steps in. 11843 Aerobics

Today’s activity was mostly a long walk to and from work. I deliberately get off at a further away station to get a nice long walk yet only a few minutes extra travel time. 10975 Aerobics

This morning i got up early and enjoyed wandering around a suburban nature reserve - an amazing place for soul recharge that you wouldn’t expect. Heaps of native birds and clean fresh air. 12983 Aerobics

Today my fitness activity mostly consisted of taking a longer walk rather than a longer train trip that would be slightly faster, but mean less exercise! Walking is a much better use of my travel time.

I did a long walk both to and from work then went running and walking with my wife in the evening, a few laps around our local parks and tracks. 17524 Aerobics

I went for a walk this morning, just trying this out for the first time! Bit of a late post so keeping it brief, apparently I need thirty words, so here you go. 8379 Aerobics
