Thank you so much! I feel like an old soul sometimes. I have been through many ups and downs in life , just like I had been given a fast forward to spiritual growth. It was tough but now I appreciate all of the journey. If you were to meet me or read me years before I was.....so not awaken. Totally enthralled by the material world, I was reacting out of trauma and felt that everyone was wrong and I was right. I attracted in my life parts of myself. Unhealed. Raw and rough.
Now I feel that in the last year I managed to peal away the shield from my eyes. And see. Truly see what life is about beyond my material form, my childhood, my failed romantic relationship. I look at things and understand that everyone has a journey. And it may be with me or without me. And it is ok. It is also ok to know that people can move on while I sat and suffered by rumination. The trauma and lack of self awareness made me be like that. Until I just sat with myself and questioned it all. My existence.
I feel my journey is just beginning. As I now can begin to grasp and understand the laws of the Universe and what is our purpose on this Earth. Past lovers who abused me, difficult childhood, business failure, friends letting me down etc etc only paved the way to the road I was supposed to be. This one. Right now. I am a better person now for myself and for sure for others. I will continue to work on myself. I started the Joe Dispenza meditation program, I am in week 1. It helps me a lot.
I shared most of my life story in here. It took courage. I am glad I did. Somewhere in the world there will always be at least someone who needs to know they are not alone in their struggle. I have been low. I know how dark and lifeless one can feel.
I have noted down your book recommendation. I am currently reading a mindblowing book about depression. I will surely make a review about it because it is hands down the best book I have read in 2022. Johann Hari , Lost Connections. It is WOW.
Thank you for your wishes blessings 🤗
