The last 2 years were so tough for so many people. Our inner battle is never ending, I suppose that it is part of our journey to discover parts of our souls when we see what we have did. Wrong or good. Mental health and inner peace are even more important now, when the majority of the population is under stress. I think that we become more resilient as days pass by. Some days are better , some are not. The thing is that now we just have more on our plate than we expected. A pandemic, a war, a job loss or maybe a separation. If you pile a big chunk of troubles and throw it in any person's arms, it will require an extra effort to maintain balance. The mind is our biggest tool, even when the solutions seem to be only outside.
