Yes on Hive there are many like us and it is easier to open up. I guess this depends on the intentions of the users. Facebook is mainly for showing off, with no interest for connection. The few who long for that...well...are here hahah.
I am deeply attached to Hive, it has a special place in my heart and I can say with my full heart that it is irreplaceable from an emotional standpoint.
