This is deep G.! Every person carries a hidden story, I agree that no amount of personal trauma can excuse a shitty behavior towards others. But somehow people still do it, some are not even aware of it. It is said that only the traumatized cause trauma to others. Looking at someone and knowing that she or he hides some sort of pain can help us have compassion. This is no way to indulge into savior mode and try to fix them , but rather looking at their gesture from a detached perspective
