It is said that the real deal is always outside your comfort zone. Well I accepted a challenge given by the universe when a sketch for a gaming character was asked from me. I am not into gaming, but I am so into drawing.
So I accepted this, knowing that it would be rather interesting to see my style on this. I do mainly pointillism art and abstract stuff, so drawing a gaming character would definetely bring some fun.
I started with a sketch and slowly combined so many colours until I was satisfied. What I like about freehand drawing /painting is the feeling of freedom that I get. Getting the skin tones right just by combining white, black, yellow and orange is not easy, but it's rewarding.
When I finished this I had a huge appetite, a sign that this little wonderful brain of mine worked hardcore for this lol. I start to feel even more grateful for this beautiful gift that God has given me, to be able to draw/paint without any education in arts. I am grateful every day for the bucket of talent that I have.
