I fell in love with the fucsia colour of this leather backpack. As soon as it was brought to me I knew that I wanted to paint something bold and colorful on it.
I started with applying up to 6 coats of white paint before applying colour. I thought about spring and the beauty of nature. I use a very handy blowdryer to speed up the drying process and it helps me with time on this kind of project.
I started to get really playful with leather painting and with every new model I realize how free I am to create art on this kind of medium.
