What's the Nexus Between Compromise, Deception and Money

Great Cent community and all that are on the hive blockchain. I bring you greetings from my family here in Nigeria.

How do you feel when you compromise in a dicey situation and how do you feel when others deceive you? I believe others will be the one to tell you how they felt when you compromise in that situation when you're the hope of everyone in that situation.

Let me use a familiar senerio that happens more often in my country Nigeria. A young lady will go to the Police station to report about a rape case, which probably involved the son of a very wealthy billionaire in Nigeria. At the initial stage the Police officer incharge will give the young lady hope, but after he realizes that it involves the said billionaire's son, he'll turn against the lady and say that she's the one that forced the young man and was paid for the sexual intercourse between them.

Be that as it may, most of the cases of compromise and deception usually involves finances and monetary transactions.

The love money the bible say is the root of all evil, but money is not evil. Most disagreement between friends can be traced to gain which at most times is towards finance.

Greed to me is what initiates compromise and deception in the sense that a greedy person will want to outsmart others for their selfish gains or interest.

The other day I saw two friends fighting because of money and when I tried to act as a meditator, one told me that they did business together and the other party wants to take 70% and give him 30% of the profit. Meanwhile both of them agreed at the inception to go receive 50/50 rewards. You see what greed can cause.

The most important question to ask is why do people compromise? Or what'll make an individual deceive his follow brother and friend?

Two things came into my mind as response to the above questions; money and woman. This will lead me to another question, what if the compromise and deception is between the female forks.

To a great extent, what breaks my heart is when you're deceived by your friends and family. Most compromises are done by close and trusted friends.
