A new week, with a new canvas to express our inventiveness and creativity.

This week's image had a lot of potential but at the same time I found it complicated to manipulate. It was a fun challenge and I spent my weekend tinkering and tweaking. I added and removed several things, so I have few images of the process.

Una nueva semana, con un nuevo lienzo donde exprimir nuestra inventiva y creatividad.

La imagen de esta semana tenía mucho potencial pero a su vez me pareció complicada de manipular. Fue un desafío entretenido y pase mí fin de semana tocando y retocando. Agregue y quite varias cosas, por eso tengo pocas imágenes del proceso.

First I separated the image into 3 pieces, the sky, the front and the mountains in the middle. This allowed me to keep the perspective and add objects in a more natural way.

In the sky I placed a pipe from where water comes out, I merged it with a holed hand. The effect was great and I placed a container for the fall of the liquid, which serve as food for some bushes inside.

Primero separé la imagen en 3 piezas, el cielo, la parte delantera y las montañas del medio. Esto me permitió mantener la perspectiva y agregar objetos de manera más natural.

En el cielo coloque un caño de dónde sale agua, lo fusione con una mano agujereada. El efecto quedó estupendo y coloque un recipiente para la caída del líquido, que sirven de alimento a unos arbustos en su interior.

I embedded a sword in the stone and added a glow to give it mystique. Next to it a tombstone, of the last sword bearer. As the panorama was too deserted I added subtle vegetation that I think gave life to the image. As a sky I used an image that I thought was lovely and on the horizon I added a moon peeking out.

The ground at the front was still a bit empty so I decided to modify the hole and add a mysterious portal.

The final result is a very nice and harmonious image, I hope you liked it!

Incruste una espada en la piedra y le agregué un resplandor para darle mística. A su lado una lápida, del último portador de la espada. Cómo el panorama era demasiado desértico agregue vegetación sutil que creo que le dio vida a la imagen. Cómo cielo utilice una imagen que me pareció adorable y en el horizonte agregue una luna asomando.

El suelo de la parte delantera aún estaba algo vacío así que decidí modificar el agujero y agregarle un misterioso portal.

El resultado final es una imagen armoniosa y muy linda, espero que les haya gustado!
