Hunted Wild Pig In The Forest

Good afternoon hivers from the mountain where I belong. How's life in the city?

I've been so busy with the modules for the students. We have increasing students this year. That's the reason, I didn't have enough time to write all the time. Then, my health issues always triggered my daily life but I am always thinking of the positive side.

Though I am busy, I couldn't resist sharing about our food we eat recently.

It's a wild pig

Wild boar hunters went to the forest. Everytime they hunted wild animals, they would have to sell them to the faculty members. They slaughtered it after the payment.

This is how the look of the wild pig. Too small and has a tall tooth.

They cleaned and wash it well using fire and burned the skin. It was a very long process how they did it. Until they produced the meat.

The color of the meat was different to the meat in the market or the normal pig at home. The skin was too hard to slice. Even in the cooking process it was not easy to cook quickly. It must be cooked with pressure cooker to make the meat and skin tender easily.

We have two recipes and cooked it dry. The taste are two times delicious than the meat from the market. How many years that I lived here and just recently I able to taste the meat of wild pig.

Living in the mountain is a nice thing happened to my life. No need aircon,we eat healthy foods and found many things. We are surrounded by the forest and spring water. I considered myself too lucky that I am assigned in this place.
