Today, I'm going to show the world how simple people we are living in the mountain and we brought it to the city.
There are so many varieties of banana in the Philippines and the four main types are Lacatan, Latundan, Bungulan, and the small Saba or Cardaba variety. Saba is a small type of Cardaba. We have also red banana and Cavendish which are exported all around the world.
Would you believe that we are the people who love bananas? We are like monkeys. Banana is the favorite fruit of the monkeys. Not only the monkeys who enjoyed it but we, the people are really satisfied and make it our basic foods.
These are the bananas that we cooked for lunch. Cooking these and eat five pieces is enough and there's no need of looking for another kind of food.
I encourage everyone to plant banana. It is easy to grow even in hot or humid places. There's no need to water it every day. This is a typical plant that could help many people most especially during a certain pandemic. We have it at home and in the school where I'm teaching.
Eating a banana is also known from our elderly that it cured ulcers. If you have an ulcer, you should eat it regularly.
Boiling the banana is the best recipe than cooking it with oil.
Just open it and eat alone. It was a riped banana so it is so sweet and very delightful to satisfy our hunger.
Since I love these bananas, no matter what people might say. Banana is not just a favorite of the monkeys, but my favorite too. Anyway, as far as I knew, their ware hearsay that the origin of a human is from a monkey. It's true or not but the matter is I love banana.
We could plant banana under the coconut tree and we could plant a vegetable under the banana tree. We have to ultimately utilize the land we have whether it is big or small.
This is how the banana grows. Only one time you plant and some seedlings grow and rise after a few months later. I will be giving you the challenge to plant it right now and see what it could bring to your family.
