Potential BTC collection program hidden inside the blockchain

Someone has been hiding an exploit in the BTC blockchain since 2014 and have been using it to siphon varying amounts of bitcoin into their own wallets. The explanation of how this works is beyond my little brain to adequately summarise, but the OP over at Pastebin has done a good job of outlining the methodology through which they found this exploit.

This exploit needs more public exposure. Please share.
