Hey everyone I have been doing alot of travelling of late around 7000kms odd last month by car, my most ever.
What an epic journey it has been, in my recent travels I have noticed that life truly is about the journey.
On my way back from surprise visiting my Mom, Dad and sister I took the N6 from East London through Jamestown and Aliwal North which must be among the coldest places in the country in Winter.
In the distance I noticed some low clouds in the mountains and thought nothing of it, until 5 minutes later drove through it with almost zero visibility, rather frightening actually and rare for 9am.
I wasn't paying much attention to the temperature until this dawned upon me to then look down at the onboard car thermometer and shocked to see a staggering minus 1, I then opened the window and put my hand outside Brrrrr... ridiculously cold for that late in the morning.
After turning the lights on and slowing down considerable taking a few more pics, just as fast as it started, it was gone.
After this interesting misty mountainous experience another 6 odd hours and 700kms more, I was home.
Mother nature truly never ceases to surprise and amaze.
